How are ad opportunities and fill rate calculated?

Ad opportunities correspond to the number of times someone listened to an episode sequence which contains an ad slot

Example

You have an episode named 'Hello' with one pre-roll inserted

Last week, you decided to run a small campaign of 100 impressions

During last week, 500 people listened to 'Hello'

Your ad opportunities reach 500 whereas your actual impressions number is 100.

Your fill rate can be calculated as following: (Impressions/Ad opportunities)*100, 20% in this case.
