Apple 

To submit your podcast feed to Apple, you need an Apple ID and password. You will then have create an account on Apple Podcast Connect. Then, you can submit your Audion360 RSS feed to Apple Podcast Connect here. Select the Option: "Ajouter une émission avec un flux RSS"

To create a new podcast, follow these simple steps:

Go to Podcasts < Library.
Click on +Create new podcast button.

Select the network to which your new podcast will belong if you have set up several networks.
In the Informations tab, add podcast information. These details are required by platforms like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc., and all of them are compulsory.
In the second tab, you can change the network to which the podcast belongs or restrict its geolocation on Spotify.
Save your podcast and publish it on platforms such as Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.
Once you have published your podcast and added it to platforms like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Deezer, come back to the second tab and add the links to your platforms.

How to import a podcast in Audion360 from a different hosting provider?

||| Warning! Before making any podcast import, make sure that any advertising or monetization has ceased on the original hosting provider.

If ads are played within your podcasts, we will import these into your audio content.

Steps to import a podcast in Audion360

Go to Podcasts in the Studio tab
Click on Import show from RSS

Click on Import show from RSS

Select the network of the new podcast if you have multiple networks set up.
Fill in the RSS feed URL of your podcast, which can be found in your previous hosting provider's interface.
Wait a few minutes for the audio files to be encoded. Ensure you don't see Encoding information messages after your episodes.
After the podcast have been fully imported, contact your previous hosting provider to perform a 301 redirect to the new Audion RSS Feed, accessible here:

To set up roles, click on the name on the top right of the screen, then select Organization settings and User management. You can set up three big types of roles:

Administrator roles

Administrator can access to all features within your plan, manage user rights, use the Studio features and the Advertising features.

A Studio Manager can access to all existing networks and to the networks that will be created in the future
