| To split your Studio content into several parts within an organization, you can use networks. Networks provide an additional layer that allows you to replicate brands or teams within your organization. Networks will enable you to separate views in the Studio and also to differentiate analytics. To create a network, please contact your account manager. Once you have set up several networks, you need to assign each podcast or collection to one network. How to publish a podcast on Apple Podcasts, Spotify or all third-parties platforms

|| To publish your podcast on a third-party platform, you need to have at least one episode in Public status on your feed.

If you're publishing a podcast for the first time, one of your initial questions is probably how to make your podcast available on the third-parties platforms?

Once you've created your podcast on Audion360, you can follow the steps outlined below.

Apple 

To submit your podcast feed to Apple, you need an Apple ID and password. You will then have create an account on Apple Podcast Connect. Then, you can submit your Audion360 RSS feed to Apple Podcast Connect here. Select the Option: "Ajouter une émission avec un flux RSS"

| A lot of small platforms or podcast players will copy Apple Podcast repository, which can take up to two weeks.

Spotify

Spotify maintains a submission portal with an analytics dashboard that you can access here.

How to create a new podcast?

To create a new podcast, follow these simple steps:

Go to Podcasts < Library.
Click on +Create new podcast button.

Create new podcast

Select the network to which your new podcast will belong if you have set up several networks.
In the Informations tab, add podcast information. These details are required by platforms like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc., and all of them are compulsory.
In the second tab, you can change the network to which the podcast belongs or restrict its geolocation on Spotify.
Save your podcast and publish it on platforms such as Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.
Once you have published your podcast and added it to platforms like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Deezer, come back to the second tab and add the links to your platforms.

How to import a podcast in Audion360 from a different hosting provider?

||| Warning! Before making any podcast import, make sure that any advertising or monetization has ceased on the original hosting provider.

If ads are played within your podcasts, we will import these into your audio content.

Steps to import a podcast in Audion360

Go to Podcasts in the Studio tab
Click on Import show from RSS

Click on Import show from RSS

Select the network of the new podcast if you have multiple networks set up.
Fill in the RSS feed URL of your podcast, which can be found in your previous hosting provider's interface.
Wait a few minutes for the audio files to be encoded. Ensure you don't see Encoding information messages after your episodes.
After the podcast have been fully imported, contact your previous hosting provider to perform a 301 redirect to the new Audion RSS Feed, accessible here:

For some providers, you'll need to contact the support and ask them for a redirect. Below are the support addresses for redirection requests:

How to set up roles to manage your team?

| To manage roles and set user rights, you need to be an administrator of your organization

To set up roles, click on the name on the top right of the screen, then select Organization settings and User management. You can set up three big types of roles:

Administrator roles

Administrator can access to all features within your plan, manage user rights, use the Studio features and the Advertising features.

Studios users can manage the content and access to the analytics. You can select different access level:

A Studio Manager can access to all existing networks and to the networks that will be created in the future
A Content Manager will get a restricted access to specific networks, podcasts or collections

Advertising roles can manage and track the monetization of your content.

||| Warning! You can't restrict access by networks or podcasts in Advertising. This means that every user with an Advertising role will have access to all the inventory.

You can manage the access with:

Advertising manager: access all monetization and revenue tracking
Campaign editor can only access to the adserver but not see the overall revenue or set up of the ad slot rules

The streams table shows the streams (downloads of podcasts) of all your podcasts, all your episodes, or a specific episode if selected.
You can use the selector on the left to access a weekly or monthly view to better spot the trends.
On the right, you can use the selector to differentiate by networks or podcasts.
The graph view will be stacked, with the top podcasts area at the bottom.
