How to create a automated report ?

This article is dedicated to the creation of an automated report with Audion360.

In Audion360, you can easily create automated reports using the Report section.

Once you start a report, the first step is to give it a name, and then you can proceed with the configuration.

Choose a Date Range ⏰

If you select a preset, such as Previous Month, this will automatically set the report to cover the last full month. For example, if it's mid-October, the report will use the date range from September 1st to 30th. If you rerun the report in later months, the dates will update accordingly, e.g., October 1st to 31st. However, if you choose Custom, the selected date range will remain fixed whenever the report is run.

Filters

Filters allow you to include / exclude certains streams easily.
For example, if you wish to exclude specific podcasts, you can select them using this feature.

Filters

The list of available filters includes:
Content type : Podcast / Collection
Network
Country
Applications

Dimensions

Dimensions are attributes of your data or categories that you're reporting on. For example, the dimension "Application" shows the name of the app, such as "Apple Podcasts" or "Deezer," where a download occurred. Dimensions define how you group your data and organize your report.

Available dimensions include:
Content Type
Network
Podcast / Collection
Day
Week
Month
Episode
Country
Region
Application
Day of week
Hour of day

Note: One dimension is automatically enabled for monetization. This means every impression, ad opportunity, or earnings will be split between Audion Monetization (our campaigns) and Direct (your own campaigns).

Metrics

Metrics represent the actual data you're reporting on. For example, the metric "Streams" refers to the number of downloads within the selected date range. This data is then divided based on the selected dimensions.

Available metrics include:
Streams
Ad opportunities
Impressions
Earnings

Schedule

You can automate your report by scheduling it.

Check the box labeled Active if you'd like your report to be sent automatically. Choose the report's repetition frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly). The date range will adjust based on the report's run date.

You can also set the interval between repetitions (e.g., every 3 months) and select the next run date (the start of your chosen interval).
